Bookings
A minimum deposit of the first night’s stay is required at the time of confirmed reservation. Deposits can be paid over the phone by credit/debit card. The balance is required upon arrival.
Peak Bookings (15 Dec – 31 Jan) – 50% deposit required after 1st of July. NO refund on cancellations. During this time its a minimum 7 day stay.
Cancellations
Bookings cancelled at the commencement of, or during occupancy (eg/ bad weather), do not qualify for any refund.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits will NOT be kept over for future bookings.
